Synergos: Co-laborers in Christ
This congregational support program provides coaching and consultations for congregations transitioning in leadership, opportunities for continuing education events, and accessible materials for worship.
Certificate in Proclamation
Sensing a nudge toward preaching?
Join our hybrid asynchronous online program designed for those called to lead. Study Scripture, explore the living Reformed tradition, and grow as a preacher of hope and conviction with our Certificate in Proclamation. This 24-week course equips congregational leaders to preach God’s Word confidently.
Pastoral Leadership Revitalization
This 3-year program for pastoral leaders is currently completing its final cohort.
It served as an opportunity for pastors in the Collaborative’s 13-state region to grow, connect, and be nurtured through dynamic continuing education and peer and professional support networks. Its three-pronged approach—retreats, one-on-one coaching/spiritual direction, and peer-to-peer learning cohorts—will continue through a new Worthy of the Calling initiative.
