Rev. Jessica Crane Munoz

Director of the Synergos Residency

The most enjoyable part of The Rev. Jessica Crane Munoz’s work as part of the Presbyterian Leadership Collaborative is providing churches and congregational leaders with resources they would otherwise struggle to have access to. A graduate of Concordia College (BA) and Princeton Theological Seminary (MDiv), she is especially passionate about supporting congregations and pastors through times of transition and change.

As the director of Synergos, Jessica oversees programming that fosters healthy growth for Presbyterian leaders within the Synod of the Rocky Mountains. As someone who was raised in the Rocky Mountains, she recognizes the great privilege she has to serve others who also have a heart for the region.

In addition to her work with the Presbyterian Leadership Collaborative, Jessica serves as the pastor to a local congregation. She finds the challenges of pastoring alongside her Collaborative work keeps her grounded in the daily occupations of church life while expanding her understanding of the larger church ecosystem.

In her free time, Jessica likes to dabble in a myriad of crafts—embroidery, painting, and more. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and their cat named Chevy.
